Harvest: Carried out by hand, placed in small boxes, during the first weeks of September.
Vinification: In steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18°. Refining: First in steel vats and then in the bottle for about 6 months.
Annual Production: 22.000 bott. Bottle: 750 ml.

TASTING INFORMATION
Colour: Straw-coloured.
Aroma: The smell is varietal chardonnay. Pleasingly fruity with hints of banana and acacia.
Taste: Fresh with a good structure and a pleasing taste smell persistence.
Pairing: Goes well with lighter tasting fish, vegetable lasagnes and risottos.
Serving Temperature: 8° – 10° C
