Exposure: North -West

Soil Composition: Morenic: stony, permeable, well ventilated substratum.

Grape Variety: Chardonnay 100%

Training System: Guyot – Casarsa

Density: 3500-4000 Vines/ha

Harvest: Carried out by hand, placed in small boxes, during the first weeks of September.

Vinification: In steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18°. Refining: First in steel vats and then in the bottle for about 6 months.

Annual Production: 22.000 bott. Bottle: 750 ml.

Type of Bottle: Bordolese Weight: 900 gr.

Alcoholic Volume: 12,5% vol.

pH: 3,2 g/L

TASTING INFORMATION

Colour: Straw-coloured.

Aroma: The smell is varietal chardonnay. Pleasingly fruity with hints of banana and acacia.

Taste: Fresh with a good structure and a pleasing taste smell persistence.

Pairing: Goes well with lighter tasting fish, vegetable lasagnes and risottos.

Serving Temperature: 8° – 10° C
