Vine variety: Pinot Grigio 100%

Zone of production: Near the shores of the Adige River, on the well protected and sunny slopes of the Municipalities of Brentino Belluno, Dolcè, and Rivoli (Verona, Italy).

Alcohol at bottling: 12,5% vol.

Bottle size: 0,75 liter – 1.0 liter – 1.5 liter

Color: Pale yellow.

Aroma: With a floral scent, elegant, typical of this popular wine.

Taste: Dry, slightly acidulous, fresh, and persistent in its character.

Vinification: Only selected healthy grapes are used. The wine making is typical of white grapes, with the use of a soft pressing method in order not to extract the pinkish color of the skins. During the fermentation process selected yeast are employed at a constant temperature of 18°C. After aging and stabilizing in stainless steel tanks, the wine is then bottled.

Conservaton: This wine presents its best when young, but also does well a few years after the harvest, even though it has an surprising capacity to age well. The bottles should be placed horizontally in a dark and cool ambiance.

Paring suggestions: Especially indicated for the preparation of seafood dishes, whether fried, grilled, or elaborately prepared. With crustaceans it is a joy for the palate and does great with light starters and delicate soups.

Serving advice: Our suggestion is that you should serve this wine chilled in a medium amble chalice at a temperature between 12°/14°C.
