Grape variety: Chardonnay 20%, Trebbiano Toscano 40%, Garganega 30%, Müller Thurgau 10%.
Origin: Towns of Brentino Belluno, Dolcè, Rivoli near the city of Verona.
Alcoholic strength: 12% vol.
Capacity: 0,75 liter – 1.0 liter – 1.5 liter Magnum
Color: An inviting straw yellow.
Nose: Delicate, intense with very distinctive sensations. A Beyond Selection favorite that is skillfully blended to give a touch of complexity.
Taste: Slightly acidulous, savory, persistent. A Beyond Selection favorite blend that enhances the different grape characteristics.
Winemaking technique: After the harvest the healthy grapes are subject to pneumatic pressing and the must is then fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of approximately 18°C. Afterwards, the wine is matured for a few months in stainless steel containers (as to obtain a product with a better-defined structure) and then bottled.
Storing: This wine should not be aged, consequently it is best to drink it within a maximum of 3 years from harvest. The bottles must be kept in horizontal position in a fresh and dark place.
Food pairing: First courses such as light pasta dishes and delicate soups. Cooked and raw vegetables, a perfect delicate wine for vegetarians.
Serving: It should be served at a temperature between 12/14°C in a moderately wide long-stemmed glass.
